Tasting Notes Made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The unique microclimate, the terrain, and the hilly surroundings give this wine intense, pleasant aromas that are particularly reminiscent of tomato leaves. With a straw-yellow color that can be quite intense, it is dry yet smooth on the palate. It is a well-structured white wine that sometimes reaches a respectable alcohol content. Excellent throughout the meal. It pairs particularly well with Bolognese-style pasta dishes and other hearty, flavorful first courses.
Try it paired with a generous plate of shellfish!
We recommend serving it at a temperature between 7 and 9 °C.
