Tasting Notes
Made exclusively from native grape varieties, vinified and bottled on the estate. Light yellow in color with greenish hues, it has a delicate, slightly aromatic bouquet with a dry, slightly bitter aftertaste; pleasantly sparkling with fruity notes. It is particularly well-suited as an aperitif, but also pairs wonderfully with appetizers, white meats, and fish. Try it paired with a plate of tortellini in broth or a good slice of mortadella, perhaps artisanal!
We recommend serving it at a temperature between 7 and 9 °C.
