Tasting notes

Made exclusively from native grape varieties, vinified and bottled on the estate. It has a yellow color tending toward straw yellow with greenish highlights. The aroma is delicate and slightly aromatic, with a dry, slightly bitter aftertaste. It pairs particularly well with traditional pasta dishes such as tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms or truffles.

Try it paired with fresh or mildly aged cheeses!

We recommend serving it at a temperature between 7 and 9 °C.
