Tasting notes

Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, vinified and bottled on the estate. It is a full-bodied wine that has been aged in barrique barrels for approximately twelve months. During aging, it develops noble tannins and takes on a slightly woody flavor with hints of vanilla. It pairs very well with hearty dishes featuring red meat and game in general, such as grilled Florentine steak.

It’s also worth trying on its own, paired with good company!

We recommend serving it at a temperature between 16° and 18° C.

* Pumping over is a natural process used to enhance the maceration of wines. During fermentation, the wine is drawn from the bottom of the barrel and poured back into the top section where the grape skins are located. In this way, as the grape skins come into contact with the wine, they release tannins, imparting greater structure and color. This process is repeated three times a day, every eight hours.
